- These pay grades refer to civilian employees who are eligible for specific accommodations at military lodging facilities. The exact definitions can vary, so check with the facility for specific eligibility.

- The Inn is open to active duty, retired military personnel, and other eligible civilians.
How can I get base access?
- To get base access, you will need proper identification and must meet the eligibility requirements for entry onto the military base. The Inn at Schofield does not sponsor guest, to allow base access. Guests will need to contact the Visitor Control Center at Lyman Gate (808) 655-1620 to see if they are eligible
- Yes, the Inn can receive packages on behalf of guests. Ensure they are addressed correctly with your name and arrival date.
What time can I check-in and check-out?
- Check-in is typically after 16:00, and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request with an additional fee.

- We do not have a concierge team. Guest can contact the Front Desk if they have any questions.

How do I make a reservation?

How do I get a Certificate of Non-Availability (CNA) if no rooms are available online?
- If rooms are not available, contact the front desk to request a CNA, which allows you to seek off-base lodging with reimbursement. We do not offer CNA since it is not required to stay on post, service members just need to stay at a TLA approved location.
What are the Inn at Schofield cancellation policies?
- Regardless of your type of travel, please give the Front Desk a 72 Hour notice. If you do not give the Front Desk sufficient notice of cancellation, you will be charged for a minimum of one night’s stay. Please call the Front Desk at (808) 624-9650 for any changes in your reservation.
