The staff of The Inn is delighted to have you stay with us. We here at The Inn strive to serve guests with the spirit of Aloha, and we want to ensure that you have a pleasantly memorable experience, so please let us know if there’s anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable.

The Inn is a civilian organization, constructed, owned and operated by the Minesen Company; however, your room size, as well as the limited cooking amenities, have been mandated by the Department of the Army – Family, Moral, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR) – and the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR).

Please contact your finance office to verify all eligible benefits owed to you for staying with us. If you have a spouse and/or children, please ensure that they are on your orders so that you can have the maximum benefit of your stay.

Staying in Hawaii

Hawaii is a group of islands in the middle of the Pacific. The main island that serves as a hub for commerce and travel is the island of Oahu. The south eastern part of the island is known for Waikiki, a popular destination for most travelers from around the U.S. and abroad.

Many of the hotels on Oahu are based in Wakiki; however, this location is a significant distance from many of the military installations, making commute hard for working days and long stays. Fortunately, The Inn at Schofield is centrally located in the middle of Oahu, within the Schofield Barracks-Wheeler Army Airfield Base, a secure and gated Army post. In addition, The Inn at Schofield is not only a convenient stay for those working on Schofield, but also for those who may be stationed around Pearl Harbor and Barbers Point.

Centrally located

The Inn is not only centrally located on Oahu, but also within Schofield. We are within walking distance to the post exchange, commissary, library, bowling alley, Richardson Pool, Martinez Physical Fitness Center, and various parks and playgrounds. So while the hotel does not have a pool or gym, these types of amenities are easily accessible.
