Regardless of your type of travel, please give the Front Desk a 72 Hour notice. If you do not give the Front Desk sufficient notice of cancellation, you will be charged for a minimum of one night’s stay. Please call the Front Desk at (808) 624-9650 for any changes in your reservation.
Check in is guaranteed starting at 1600. However, you may call at anytime throughout the day on the day of arrival to inquire whether the room is available to be checked into early. There is no extra charge for checking in earlier than 1600 unless it is before 0800. Any check ins before 0800 will be charged for the previous night.

Check out is 1100. Please inquire with the Front Desk about late check out options. Please be sure to turn in all room keys and parking passes to the Front Desk before leaving the Inn.
If a guest is checking out early than the scheduled check out date, the Front Desk must be given 24 Hours Notice. If 24 hours notice is not given, then the guest will be charged for an additional night.
Pet Fee - $25 plus tax per pet per night. Please note that certain breeds are not allowed on post per the Base's policies.

All rooms have complimentary access to wireless internet.
Parking is complimentary. There is no assigned parking for guests; however, please ensure that you park fully and considerately within a marked parking space. Any vehicles parked in spots reserved for handicapped guests must have the appropriate handicapped decals. All guest vehicles must be registered at the Front Desk, and hotel parking passes must be displayed prominently on the dash board of the vehicle when parked on site. Please follow all posted notices regarding parking, and do not park in any RED ZONE areas. The spaces in front of the Administration building are limited to one-hour parking only. Any vehicle that is not parked in an authorized spot or not clearly displaying a parking pass will be towed at owners expense.
Every room is outfitted with an air conditioner and thermostat, which any guest can adjust to their preference. Hotel staff performs preventative maintenance on every unit and regularly changes the filter; however, if there is an issue, please do not hesitate to bring it to the Inn’s attention.
All guest rooms are equipped with cable TV. Remotes are provided for the TV. Please be advised that fees will be applied if the remote is missing after check out.
Every room has a microwave, you can purchase microwavable items from the convenience store. Because of TLA regulations mandated by the Army, as well as hotel safety concerns, microwaving food is the only form of cooking permitted in guest rooms. However, all guests have access to barbecue grills onsite.
Guests are allowed to grill outside at the picnic area, which is adjacent to the Housekeeping office. Guest must let their coals cool overnight or douse them with water to ensure they are fully extinguished. If guests do not comply with this policy, they may be held responsible for any or all damage caused by any resulting fires.
The Inn can provide guests with a crib at no charge if one is available. Please call Housekeeping by dialing extension 350 on your in-room phone for more information.
You may leave any outgoing mail at the Front Desk. Front Desk staff will notify you if you have received any mail. If you receive any mail after you check out of the hotel, the hotel will call the number on file to inform you. If the mail is not picked up within 3 days, it will be returned to the sender. Telephones are provided in all guest rooms. In accordance with Hotel Health and Safety regulations, they must not be disconnected. Guests will be notified of any telephone messages by a flashing light on their in-room phones. To hear your messages, please press the voicemail button, and follow the prompts. For your privacy and security, it is company policy not to forward calls to guests’ rooms unless callers can provide a last name. In that event, front desk staff will call your room first and verify that you wish to receive the call. Please note that front desk staff cannot transfer any DSN calls or calls from 800 numbers to the rooms.
There are 12 washing machines and 16 dryers onsite for our guest’s convenience, located in four separate laundry rooms. The front desk will tell you how to find the one nearest to your room upon check-in. All machines are operated with a Laundry Card that is available at the front desk, $3.00 to wash and $3.00 to dry. Guests can purchase washing liquid from the convenience store.
For guest safety, the Inn is covered extensively with high-resolution CCTV cameras, which are utilized for playback and review when needed.
